Ascension, Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, WI, seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to implement established plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families. The role includes discharge planning assistance and guidance on adaptive equipment and community resources.

Requirements include BLS within 30 days and COTA certification prior to start. High school diploma or equivalent with related experience may be acceptable, with 2 years of cumulative experience or an applicable

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Certified Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (COTA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
