Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Less than 1 year clinical experience.
• OT license in Pennsylvania required upon hire.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments - Home Care only.
• Ability to communicate with patients, family and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Establishes OT plans of care to restore function and prevent disability.
• Implements an individualized treatment plan using evidence-based techniques.
• Performs reassessments and updates plans as indicated.
• Communicates patient progress and limitations to a supervisor and team.
• Provides cost-effective care in accordance with billing guidelines.
