Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a PRN daytime role at Longwood Health and Rehabilitation Center. You will bring your clinical voice and a commitment to patient-centered care, with flexibility to fit your life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
• Participates in care planning with a multidisciplinary team.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required

• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
