Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN coverage at our Longwood, FL location. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress to improve functional independence.

The role offers daytime PRN scheduling with mentorship and respect from a team led by experienced therapists. Current license and NBCOT certification are required, with a preferred 1 year of OT experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
