Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Arcadia, LA is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRN) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and deliver individualized plans, and help regain independence with structured, one-on-one care.

The role offers flexible, as-needed scheduling and a collaborative team environment focused on patient-centered outcomes and professional growth. Certifications in OT and CPR are preferred, with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current valid OT license in the state.
• CPR certification preferred; strong communication skills.
• Experience as an OT is helpful, new grads welcome.

Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist will:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough OT evaluations


• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans

• Collaborate with PT, SLP, physicians, and the full care team


• Document patient progress and treatment changes accurately
