Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Arcadia, LA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN roles in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate patients, develop and deliver individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.

Pay: $50.00 -$70.00 based on experience, location and availability

Position Summary

• The Occupational Therapist will:
• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and therapy needs

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough OT evaluations
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
• Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment
• Train patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices
• Educate on strategies to improve function and safety
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, physicians, and the full care team
• Document patient progress and treatment changes accurately
• Stay current with OT best practices and research
