Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Marshall, MO is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN shifts in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping patients regain independence and function.

Flexible scheduling supports work–life balance in a collaborative team. Required are an OT credential and active state license; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (ACCEPTED)
• Valid state OT license
• Experience as an OT preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough OT evaluations
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
• Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment
• Train patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices
• Educate on strategies to improve function and safety
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, physicians, and the full care team
• Document patient progress and treatment changes accurately
• Stay current with OT best practices and research
