Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Ringgold, LA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for flexible PRN shifts in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate patients, build treatment plans, and support independence with one-on-one care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (accredited program).
• Valid state OT license.

• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough OT evaluations.
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans.
• Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Train patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices.
• Educate on strategies to improve function and safety.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, physicians, and the full care team.
• Document patient progress and treatment changes accurately.
• Stay current with OT best practices and research.

• Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 based on experience, location and availability

Position Summary
