INNOVATE REHAB AND WELLNESS in Sedalia, MO is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to support skilled nursing care. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with the care team to improve daily function.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
• Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment
• Train patients and caregivers on exercises and devices
• Educate on strategies to improve function and safety
• Collaborate with the care team incl. PT, SLP, physicians
• Document patient progress and treatment changes
• Stay current with OT best practices and research

Position Summary
