Rossmoor Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities to impact resident outcomes daily.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents with ADLs and mobility, supervise COTAs, and collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll help residents improve their functional abilities, independence, and quality of life through individualized, goal-oriented therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Help residents improve independence with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility.
• Evaluate resident progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Supervise and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care.
