Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) - IDFPR; BLS within 30 days - AHA (American Heart Association)

Responsibilities

• Performs patient transfers with assistance as needed and uses safe body mechanics.
• Designs a plan of care with goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Assesses for, creates, fits, and modifies splints/orthotics.
• Educates patients, families, caregivers, and other providers.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine diagnoses and plan of care.
• Performs examinations and uses appropriate evaluation methods.
