• Licensed OT with IL licensure
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• BLS certification within 30 days required

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to perform patient transfers with assistance; maintain safe body mechanics and respectful patient care.
• Designs an appropriate plan of care with goals, outcomes, and discharge plan; adjusts care based on patient response.
• Educates patients, families, caregivers, and other health care providers; documents findings and outcomes.
• Monitors care delivered by support personnel and provides feedback; communicates with the medical team.
