Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Kokomo, Indiana is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based care and help patients regain function in a collaborative hospital setting. You will contribute to a supportive team and pursue growth through mentorship and ongoing education.

Ideal candidates hold an ACOTE-approved OT program, NBCOT certification, and current or pending state licensure, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• NBCOT registered.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.)
