Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring an Occupational Therapist in Columbus, IN to provide evidence-based acute care therapy, helping patients reach their prior level of functioning while collaborating with a hospital team at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Responsibilities include developing timely treatment plans, delivering quality care, and building strong connections with patients, families, and clinicians across the unit. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to prior level of functioning or proceed to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (i.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Compensation

Pay Range: $46.00 - $56.00/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
