Job summary

PT Solutions in Crestview, FL is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to advance transformative care in an acute setting, partnering with North Okaloosa Medical Center to serve the community. As part of our clinician-led team, you’ll access mentored CE through MedBridge, work with a diverse patient population, and enjoy competitive compensation with location-based pay and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000-101,000/year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
