Job summary

PT Solutions in Indianapolis is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our acute care team. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to help patients regain prior functioning and progress to the next level of care, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and case managers across Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a nationally recognized therapy provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
• NBCOT registration.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to return to prior level of function or next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s needs.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and nurses across the hospital.

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate ofanACOTE approvedoccupationaltherapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000 - $110,000 annually

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.)
