PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our acute care team.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, case management and nursing staff across the hospital. The role includes weekend and holiday coverage per minimum shifts.

Competitive pay rates: $50/hour weekdays and $60/hour weekends, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Minimum PRN Shift Requirements: 2 weekend shifts per month, 1 holiday per year (3 related holiday days - typically the holiday day + surrounding weekend)
