Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE‑approved occupational therapy program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Current or pending state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient toward prior or next level of functioning.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case management, nurses, etc.

Hospital Address: 2001 W 86th St. Indianapolis, IN

Minimum PRN Shift Requirements: 2 weekend shifts per month, 1 holiday per year (3 related holiday days - typically the holiday day + surrounding weekend)

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Qualifications & Pay Range

• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

Weekday Pay Rate: $50/hr

Weekend Pay Rate: $60/hr
