Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Kirksville, Missouri is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation and acute care.

You will deliver evidence-based care, establish treatment plans, connect with patients and families, and collaborate with hospital teams to support recovery and functional goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (e.g., physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
