Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation/acute care in Fort Walton Beach, FL. You will deliver evidence-based OT to help patients return to their prior level of function and advance to the next level of care.

Responsibilities include developing timely treatment plans, building rapport with patients and families, and collaborating with physicians, case management, and hospital teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure; BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish timely, patient-specific treatment plans and goals.
• Demonstrate positive connections with patients, families, and hospital staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case management, and nurses.

Your Responsibilities As An Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
