Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Hinsdale, IL is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care and activities of daily living. You will educate patients, families, and caregivers and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based practice.

You will deliver quality care with timely treatment plans, build relationships in the community, and advance professional development through mentorship and in-house continuing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA approved occupational therapy program.
• State Licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Job description

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Your Responsibilities As An Occupational Therapist

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000-95,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
