NorthTexas Therapy & Home Care in Texas seeks a licensed occupational therapist to deliver pediatric OT services in home or daytime facilities for children aged 0–21, multiple times weekly as prescribed. You will assess, interpret, and document impairments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to set goals and guide therapeutic interventions.

The role requires TX licensure, pediatric experience, and practicum hours; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus and home health experience is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current Texas state license.
• Experience in pediatrics required.
• Clinical/Practicum hours completed.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0-21, 2+ times per week as ordered by physicians.
• Define patients' degree and type of impairments using appropriate testing instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals and deliver OT modalities.
• Plan and modify care to meet OT intervention goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.

• Interpretdiagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports.
• Incollaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate teamgoals for each patient as well as advise, consult, and instruct the teamin specific occupational therapy modalities and interventions.
• Planfor and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Educatestaff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training,printed material/resources and in-service programs in accordance with atotal occupational therapy program.
• Mayprovide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
