Continuum Therapy Partners in Sandstone, MN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence and educate families on home safety.

Requires a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, current MN OT license, NBCOT certification, and at least 1 year of experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and a generous PTO package.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
