Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Lilac at Silver Palms in Miami, FL. We are a therapist-led, growth-focused group expanding across the U.S., looking for professionals who bring clinical expertise and a collaborative mindset.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, NBCOT certification, and at least some prior OT experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
