Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring Occupational Therapists in Minnesota to lead patient-centered care. The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active state OT license, and NBCOT certification. A minimum of one year of OT experience is preferred. You will assess, plan, document, and educate patients for home safety and adaptive equipment.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
