Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist for a full-time daytime role at Brynwood Health and Rehabilitation Center in Monticello, FL. You will evaluate patients and develop individualized plans to improve functional independence, and document progress to adjust treatment as outcomes dictate.

The ideal candidate holds a OT degree with Florida licensure, NBCOT certification, and prefers 1 year of experience.

Qualificações

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
