Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for our Willmar, MN location. A Master's or Doctorate in OT, MN licensure, NBCOT certification, and a patient-centered approach are required.

The role includes evaluating and planning individualized treatments, documenting progress, and educating families on adaptive equipment and home safety. A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
