Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality OT services across partner facilities. You will screen patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning while collaborating with COTAs and rehab teams.

You will supervise assistants, stay compliant with state and federal regulations, and uphold infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients' functional abilities through direct provision and coordination of OT services.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to COTAs.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab technicians during sessions per state acts and company policies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain licensing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols.
