Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services aligned with our standards and regulations. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop plans, and discharge accordingly while supervising OT staff and rehab technicians.

You will maintain licensure, stay current with healthcare guidelines, and collaborate with facilities to advance our OT program and patient outcomes across diverse care communities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients following established standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans; conduct discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians; maintain professional conduct and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with facilities and teammates to advance the OT program and patient outcomes.
