Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services across facilities, aligning care with professional standards and Reliant policies. You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, supervise assistants and rehab technicians, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You'll foster strong relationships with clients and sites, advance a robust OT program, and maintain licensure while staying current on clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients and evaluate their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and rehab technicians.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and professional standards.
• Demonstrate strong communication and documentation to support patient care.
