Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct OT services and lead clinical care across partnered facilities. You will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, develop treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients’ functional abilities through direct OT services.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to COTAs.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab technicians during therapy sessions per policy.
• Contribute to the growth and sustainability of a robust OT program.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on OT developments and guidelines.
