Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services in partner facilities, assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with therapists and rehab technicians.

You will supervise COTAs, ensure compliance with OBRA and state practice acts, maintain licenses, and contribute to program growth while upholding Reliant's standards and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while providing high-quality care.
• Screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians and manage case load.
• Uphold professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in occupational therapy.
