Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services to patients in alignment with our standards. Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while providing high-quality care, including patient screening, evaluation, treatment plans, discharge planning, supervision of assistants and rehab technicians, and case management.

Maintain a valid state license, stay updated on OT and healthcare developments, and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients’ functional abilities through OT services and coordination.
• Provide supervision/consultation to COTAs.
• Discharge planning and case management.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
