Rehab Without Walls is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation across home, school, work and community settings. Grow in a collaborative team while bringing therapy into real-life environments such as kitchens, groceries, restaurants, and workplaces.

The role emphasizes autonomy, ongoing assessment, and communication with families and the care team. A valid OT license and CPR certification are required, with travel involved for community-based visits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaborative care and optimize outcomes.
