Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, or community settings.

You will evaluate clients, create and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with the treatment team to optimize outcomes in real-life environments. This role offers flexible scheduling, hourly pay, and travel/mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as an OT in the practicing state.
• CPR certification current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
