Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehab in patients’ homes, schools, workplaces and community settings. You’ll assess, treat, and re-evaluate in real-life contexts, collaborating with a dynamic therapy team to improve independence.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in OT, current state license and CPR, with at least one year of OT experience and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice
• CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year OT work experience
• Knowledge of rehab techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safety procedures

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, patient and family
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes
