Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehab across home, school, work, and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, and adapt therapies, focusing on real-life activities and safety in everyday environments.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice within a collaborative therapy team, with opportunities for growth and advancement. A valid OT license and CPR are required in addition to prior neuro rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license by the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and assist up to 100 pounds with safety.
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and endurance for walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and advise on home/community safety and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the team, physicians, and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize care and outcomes.
