Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license for practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of OT work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform transfers with safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and recommend home/community safety measures.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
