Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Florida OT license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
