Job summary

Palmshomecare is expanding in Florida and seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide home health services aimed at improving patient independence and safety. You will conduct in-home evaluations, develop treatment plans, and assist patients with daily activities.

The ideal candidate should hold an accredited Occupational Therapy degree and an active Florida OT license, with preferences for home health and OASIS experience. The role offers flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Florida OT license required.
• Home health experience preferred and OASIS experience strongly preferred.
