Job summary

Palmshomecare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide in-home health services, focused on increasing patient independence and safety in their home. We value thoughtful talent and a supportive team environment.

The role involves conducting evaluations, creating treatment plans, assisting with ADLs, training on adaptive equipment, completing OASIS, and collaborating with nurses and physical therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Florida OT license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
