Job summary

Palmshomecare in Florida seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive home health care focused on safe, independent living in the patient’s home.

Responsibilities include in-home evaluations, treatment planning, ADL training, adaptive equipment instruction, OASIS documentation, and collaboration with nurses and therapists to deliver cohesive care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Florida OT license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
