Job summary

Palms Home Care in Florida is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide in-home health services focused on improving patient independence and safety within their home environment.

You will conduct in-home evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, assist with ADLs, train on adaptive equipment, and complete OASIS documentation. Join a thoughtful agency that values employees and teamwork with nurses and PTs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Florida OT license is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• OASIS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation and time management skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
