Job summary

Ascension Health in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a focused Rehabilitation OT to evaluate patients with multifaceted deficits and design care plans tailored to each individual. You will assess functional safety, independence, and progress, then adjust plans as needed.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support patient goals within a PRN day schedule. A Bachelor's is required; a Master’s/Doctorate is preferred; Tennessee OT licensure and BLS within

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Occupational Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
