Job summary

Trilogy Home Health Daytona/Ormond Beach is hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our award-winning home health team in West Volusia County, FL. This PRN/Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy.

You will deliver compassionate in-home OT services, collaborate with doctors and the clinical team, help patients regain mobility after illness or surgery, and educate families on balance and safety in the home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved).
• Active OT license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ years of OT experience; home health experience preferred.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
• Alignment with the agency’s mission and values.
