Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our award-winning team in West Volusia County, FL. This PRN/per diem role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality care, collaborating with physicians and the care team, and helping patients regain mobility after illness or surgery.

Ideal candidates will hold a Florida OT license, have 1+ year of OT experience (home health preferred), and possess strong initiative and independent judgement.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)

• Active OT license in Florida

• Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR

• 1+ years of experience as an OT required, Home Health experience preferred

• Strong initiative and independent judgement
