Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in‑home therapy across Marion County. Full-time with potential PRN/per diem coverage, salary $100,000–$110,000/year depending on experience.

You will collaborate with clinicians and physicians to deliver patient‑centered care and improve mobility and independence. We offer a collaborative culture with leadership support, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (AOTA‑approved).
• Active OT license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver license with active vehicle insurance and clear MVR.
• 1+ year OT experience; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high‑quality OT services in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with doctors and interdisciplinary teams to plan care.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
• Educate patients and families on balance, gait, and fall prevention.
• Assess home safety and mobility to reduce risk.
