Trilogy Home Healthcare Ocala is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our award-winning team in Marion County. You'll provide high-quality home health OT services, collaborating with physicians and the Clinical Team to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved).
• Active OT license in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality OT care in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with doctors and interdisciplinary teams to plan care.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
• Educate patients and families on balance, walking, and safety at home.
• Assess home environments to ensure safe mobility.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000/year (depending on experience)

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)

• Active OT license in Florida

• Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR

• 1+ years of experience as an OT required, Home Health experience preferred
