Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN/Per Diem work in Arcadia, FL and surrounding areas. You will deliver compassionate care, assess home mobility, and help patients regain independence after illness or surgery.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida OT license with an accredited OT degree, a valid Florida driver's license and insurance, and at least 1 year of OT experience (home health preferred). Flexible scheduling & mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (AOTA-approved).
• Active Florida OT license.
• Valid Florida driver\'s license, vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ year OT experience; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality, personalized OT care.
• Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
• Educate patients and families on balance, walking, and preventing decline.
• Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
