Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare in Florida is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our award-winning team on a PRN/per diem basis. You will deliver personalized home health OT services, collaborate with clinicians, and help patients regain mobility and independence after illness or surgery.

Educating patients and families on balance and safe walking, plus assessing home environments for safety, are key parts of the role. A Florida OT license and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (AOTA-approved).
• Active Florida OT license.
• 1+ year OT experience; Home Health preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license, vehicle insurance, and clean MVR.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
